We draw one winner at the start of each month for all reviews that were submitted in the past 6 months. This gives each customer 6 opportunities for their name to be drawn over that period. We’ll email the address used on your review. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll redraw a new winner.

We keep things simple — no sneaky stuff here! Just a few quick notes so everyone plays fair and gets their shot at winning.

Eligibility: Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18+.
How to enter: Leave a verified review on a product you purchased from advancedwhitening.com.au using the same name and email from your order.
Entry limits: One raffle ticket per verified website review per product. Entries are only valid if the product has been purchased by the customer. Additional tickets can be earned by reviewing other purchased products.
Bonus entries: Post a review on Trustpilot in addition to your website review to receive five extra tickets. You can also earn an extra ticket per website review by uploading a relevant photo with your review.
Prize: The monthly prize and its value are shown on this page and clarified in the FAQs.
Entry period and carryover: Reviews submitted in a calendar month go into that month’s draw. Each valid entry stays in the draw pool for 6 months, then expires. If fewer than 10 verified entries are received in a month, we will carry all valid entries into the next month’s draw. No entries are lost. Times are AEST.
Draw and notification: One winner is drawn at random each month from the draw pool. We'll contact the winner by email. If there’s no response within 7 days, we'll redraw.
Content rules: Reviews must be genuine, based on your purchase, and free from offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. We may verify orders and disqualify entries that breach these rules.
Publicity and privacy: By entering, you consent to us using your name, state, and review content for winner announcements and marketing. We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy.
General: We may change, suspend, or cancel the promotion if needed due to factors outside our control. Our decisions are final. Liability for lost, late, or misdirected entries is not accepted.
